تنفيذ أعمال العظم للخرسانات والمباني — من الحفر والأساسات حتى صبّ السقف الأخير، باعتماد هندسي على كل صبّة.Structural works in concrete and blockwork — from excavation and foundations to the final pour, with engineering sign-off on each one.

تنفيذ أعمال التشطيب الداخلي والخارجي بمواصفات مكتوبة ومقايسات معتمدة قبل بدء كل بند.Interior and exterior finishing to written specifications and approved quantities agreed before each item starts.

ترميم وتجديد المباني القائمة — معالجة الشروخ والرطوبة وتقوية العناصر الإنشائية بعد فحص هندسي للحالة.Renovation and refurbishment of existing buildings — cracks, damp and structural strengthening, following a condition survey.

إدارة التصميم والمشاريعDesign & project management
إدارة دورة المشروع من التصميم المعماري والداخلي ومراجعة المخططات واستخراج التراخيص، حتى جدولة التنفيذ ومتابعة المقاولين والتسليم.Managing the project cycle — architectural and interior design, drawing review and permitting, through to scheduling, contractor supervision and handover.
